Learn the practical way
- 1
Start at Level 1, or pick a goal
Two ways in. The levels take you from your first prompt to a saved workflow, in order. The pathways are six goals — writing, research, presentations, data, video and automation — each in a technical and a non-technical version. Do either first.
- 2
Work in two real tools
Every pathway pairs two tools and gives you two exercises in each. ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Gamma, Beautiful.ai, Copilot in Excel, Descript, CapCut, Zapier, Make, Grammarly.
- 3
Do the exercise, not a quiz
Each one hands you a scenario, a task and a prompt guide, then you do the work in the tool itself and bring back what it produced.
- 4
Finish with a certificate
Complete all four exercises and your certificate of completion is issued automatically, with your name and the pathway title.
Why AI Sverige
About an hour, start to finish
Pathways run from 42 to 85 minutes. Short enough to finish, long enough to actually change how you work.
Two tools, properly
Not a tour of forty apps. Two tools per pathway, two exercises each, deep enough that you keep using them.
Grounded in the vendors' own docs
Every exercise is written against the tool's published documentation, and each lesson links the exact pages it relies on.
You finish with something you keep
The pathways that end in a file you export leave you with a real document, deck or sheet — built on your own work, ready to use on Monday.
Free to start
Join and begin straight away. No card, no trial, no upsell at the end.
A community across Sweden
Meet other students, and find the AI and tech events worth going to — from Stockholm and Göteborg to Malmö, Linköping and Luleå.
The levels and the pathways
Three levels first — Foundation, Practice, Mastery — the progression from your first prompt to a reusable workflow you have tested and saved. Each one opens when the level below it is complete. Then twelve goal-based pathways, open to anyone in any order: six goals in a technical and a non-technical version, 48 hands-on exercises in all, each pathway about an hour of real work in two AI tools. Everything free to start.
Level 1 — Foundation
Understand how the levels fit together, create or confirm an AI-tool account, and run and submit your first prompt. The entry point of the curriculum: available to everyone, with nothing to finish first.
Level 2 — Practice
Do job-relevant work in your AI tool and submit real evidence: the prompt you wrote, the output you got, what you changed, and the time it saved. Verified against relevance, authenticity, substance, work context and responsible use.
Level 3 — Mastery
Turn a task you repeat into a reusable prompt workflow: name the trigger, pick the tool, write and test a template, record what you improved, and confirm it against quality criteria you set yourself.
Technical Release Communication with AI
Practice turning checked deployment facts, bug-triage notes, and incident updates into precise technical communication with ChatGPT and Grammarly.
Clearer Workplace Writing With AI
Practice turning rough updates into clear messages, then editing them for correctness, clarity, engagement, delivery, and tone.
Reliable AI Research, Comparison, and Briefing
Build a repeatable, source-aware workflow for comparing fictional workplace information, checking support for claims, and producing a concise decision-ready summary.
AI-Supported Research, Comparison, and Briefing
Practice turning small, fictional evidence sets into checked comparisons and concise summaries, first with source-grounded notebook research and then with iterative drafting.
AI Presentations and Visual Content
Create, refine, and visually strengthen short technical workplace presentations using Gamma and Beautiful.ai.
AI Presentations and Visual Storytelling
Create a concise workplace presentation, strengthen it with purposeful visuals, and refine the story and design using two AI presentation tools.
AI-Assisted Spreadsheet Analysis and Findings Communication
Analyze a fictional operations dataset, turn patterns into a focused visual, then develop and refine a concise stakeholder update.
Analyze Spreadsheet Data and Communicate Useful Findings with AI
Use Copilot in Excel to examine fictional operational data, then use ChatGPT to turn verified observations into a clear workplace update.
AI-Assisted Video Editing and Review
Build a short, privacy-safe workplace video by editing a transcript in Descript, then refining captions and reviewing on-screen text in CapCut.
AI-Assisted Video Creation and Review
Create a short workplace video in Descript, refine its wording and captions, then use CapCut to develop a supporting visual and review on-screen text.
Reliable Repeated Workflows with Zapier and Make
Practice configuring repeatable automation behavior, reviewing execution details, and adding timing and sequencing controls using privacy-safe fictional workflows.
Reliable AI-Assisted Workflow Automation
Design, test, and schedule two fictional, low-risk workflows that make recurring intake work more consistent while retaining human oversight.

What is the difference between a level and a pathway?
A level is the curriculum progression: Level 1 Foundation gets you set up and running your first prompt, Level 2 Practice has you do real work and submit the evidence, Level 3 Mastery turns a task you repeat into a saved, tested prompt template. Each opens when the one below is complete. A pathway is a goal-based track — two AI tools, four exercises, about an hour — and you can start any of them at any time. Levels build the habit; pathways go deep on one goal.
Which should I start with?
If you have barely used AI, start at Level 1 — it takes about half an hour and nothing else has to be finished first. If you already use an AI tool most weeks, pick the pathway that matches what you want to get better at. Neither blocks the other.
I know nothing about AI — can I still learn?
Yes. Every goal has a non-technical version written for someone starting from zero, with the scenario, the task and a prompt guide supplied. Pick the non-technical pathway and work through it in order.
Do the pathways cost anything?
No, they are free. You only need an account so your progress is saved and your certificate has a name on it.
Is my work checked?
On a pathway, nothing is handed in. You do the work in the tool itself, and every exercise ends with what a good result contains, so you can hold your own work against it — that judgement is yours to make. Work through the four exercises at your own pace and the certificate is issued at the end. The levels are the part that asks you to submit evidence: Level 2 in particular is built around handing in the prompt, the output, your edits and the time it saved.
Do I need paid versions of the tools?
You need an account with each of the two tools in your pathway. Every exercise is written against the tool's own published documentation and each lesson links the exact pages, so check there for what your plan includes — the vendors change their tiers regularly.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Complete all four exercises in a pathway and a certificate of completion is issued automatically, with your name and the pathway title. It appears under My certificates on your account and is emailed to you.
The pathways are in English but the academy is Swedish. Why?
The pathway content is English, because the tools, their documentation and the sources every exercise cites are in English. The community, the events and the videos we recommend are Swedish. You get the vocabulary you will actually meet in the tool, without leaving the Swedish AI scene.
